Terms and Conditions

By registering for online classes at Quranic Hubs, you agree to the following:

1. After completing a free evaluation class, you must decide whether to continue.
2. Fees are paid monthly in advance. Our system tracks completed lessons and generates invoices accordingly. Classes will be paused if payment is overdue.
3. If payment is more than 7 days late, classes may be stopped.
4. To reserve your teacher and time slot during a break, full payment is required.
5. Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless pre-approved. Our system automatically reschedules missed lessons.
6. If absent without prior notice (except for emergencies), no makeup class will be arranged.
7. To cancel a class and request a makeup session, inform us via WhatsApp or email at least 6 hours in advance.
8. If a student is absent for over two weeks without notice, classes will be canceled with no refund.
9. Do not share personal or payment details with teachers—Quranic Hubs is not responsible for misuse.
10. We may change teachers for quality assurance. If a teacher resigns or is replaced, a new one will be assigned.
11. Fees may increase annually by approximately 10%.
12. Payment discussions should be directed to the institute, not teachers.
13. Eid holidays are the only paid teacher holidays—no makeup classes or refunds.
14. Our Terms of Service may change and will be updated on our website.
