By registering for online classes with Quranic Hubs, you (“student” or “parent/guardian”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our services and set out your rights and responsibilities.
1. Registration & Evaluation Class
1.1 All new students are entitled to a free evaluation class.
1.2 After the evaluation, you must confirm whether you wish to continue with the paid classes.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Tuition fees are paid monthly in advance.
2.2 Our system tracks all completed lessons and generates invoices accordingly.
2.3 Classes will be paused if payment is overdue.
2.4 If payment is more than 7 days late, classes may be stopped and your time slot may be released.
2.5 To reserve your teacher and time slot during a planned break, full payment is required in advance.
3. Attendance & Missed Classes
3.1 Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless pre-approved by management.
3.2 Our system may automatically reschedule missed lessons, subject to availability.
3.3 If absent without prior notice (except for emergencies), no makeup class will be arranged.
3.4 To cancel a class and request a makeup session, you must inform us via WhatsApp or email at least 6 hours in advance.
3.5 If a student is absent for more than two consecutive weeks without notice, classes will be canceled with no refund.
4. Teacher Assignments
4.1 For quality assurance, Quranic Hubs may change teachers when necessary.
4.2 If a teacher resigns or is replaced, a new teacher will be assigned without delay.
5. Communication & Privacy
5.1 Do not share personal or payment details directly with teachers.
5.2 Quranic Hubs will not be responsible for any misuse of information shared outside official channels.
5.3 All payment-related queries should be directed to the administration team, not individual teachers.
6. Public Holidays
6.1 Eid holidays are the only paid teacher holidays.
6.2 No makeup classes or refunds will be given for these days.
7. Fee Adjustments
7.1 Fees may be subject to an annual increase of approximately 10%.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Tuition fees are generally non-refundable once classes have started.
8.2 Refund requests (if any) will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Quranic Hubs management.
9. Amendments to Terms
9.1 Quranic Hubs reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
9.2 The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly, and the updated terms will be published on our website.
9.3 Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
